  • 2chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoonCorianderpowder
  • 1.5 tea spoonred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tspAnardana
  • 1 tspAjwain
  • 2bowl wheat flour
  • 1 bowlGram flour
  • as neededOil
  • as neededWater
  • as neededChopped green coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the dough

    Chop onion and add salt and keep for some time. Squeeze the water of onion

  3. 3

    Add dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, ajwain, anardana and chopped green coriander leaves and mix well

    Take portion of dough make it round and put the filing and make like Parantha and put on tawa
