Heat a heavy bottomed pan/kadhai and add 1 tbsp ghee to it.Add grated carrots and let it cook by continuously stirring on medium high flame for about 5-10 minutes till all water from carrot gets evaporated.

Now add milk and let it cook for about 10 minutes on low flame.Keep stirring in between.Now add cashews and mava.Mix nicely.There should be no lumps.

Add sugar to it.Let it cook for another 10-15 minutes on low medium flame.Keep stirring in between.After some time you will get nice thick consistency.Grease a plate and transfer it onto the plate and Keep in refrigerator for about half an hour to set.Cut into pieces,garnish with cashews and serve.
