Fry Gond in Ghee; when it swells remove from stove and crush.

In remaining Ghee add more Ghee and fry flour, bhoonify and stir continuously that flour becomes smooth and you can smell good fragrance

Remove from stove and add crushed Gond. Add sugar and jaggery(melted), khoya, all dry fruits and coconut and stir hard so each and everything gets mixed.

Grease pan and soread evenly on pan. Mark with knife and garnish with dry fruits.

Let this to cool. Better to leave for overnight.
