Ingredients

1 cupvegetable chopped
1 handfullentil dumplings
1.5 tbspcumin coriander powder
1 tspginger paste
1 tspcumin seeds
1bay leaf
1 tspred chilli powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Steps

1

Fry the lentil dumplings and keep aside

Heat oil and temper cumin seeds and bay leaf
3

Add the vegetables and saute for a while
4

Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and cover
5

Add cumin coriander powder and ginger paste
6

Add water and boil till it gets soft
7

Add sugar and adjust salt and serve.
