Put the spaghetti in a pot of boiling water and boil for 5 mins, seive and rinse one a cool water and set aside

Wash and cut the tomatoes, pepper, onion, carrot and green peppers and set aside. Grate the ginger and garlic.

Put a clean pot on fire, add a little vegetable oil, allow to hot then add the grated ginger and garlic, then add the mince meat stir continuously until the meat has changed its colour to brown, then add a little seasoning and remove it from the fire. In the same oil add onion, Fresh tomatoes and peppers, fry until the sour taste is gone, then add your spices, Salt and seasoning to taste, add little water, then add the spaghetti stir to combine well.

Then add the mince meat, carrots and green peppers, cover and allow to cook. Your food is ready.
