Beetroot Pulao
Steps

Heat oil in kadhai add cumin seeds then add bay leaf, cloves,cardamom and cinnamon.

Now add onion, green chilli and ginger garlic paste saute well.

Now add tomatoes and saute until turn soft and mushy.
- 4
Add beet root saute for 2 minutes.

Add turmeric, garam masala and salt and saute for until the spices turn aromatic.

Now add basmati rice and 2 cups of water and mix well

Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or till the rice get cooked completely.

Now add mint leaves and coriander leaves and mix well.

Finally beetroot pulao is ready to serve with raita and salad.
