Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,add garlic and saute for 1- minute,add onion and saute

Add palak puree and mix,add salt and garam masala powder and mix well.

Cooked the rice., cook homemade paneer

Add the half rice to palak mixture and mix well.
- 5
Take a pan add paneer,add Italian tomato sauce,add half the rice,Salt and mix well.

Grease a box,put some palak pulao and press well.over this put a paneer layer and press.

Serve hot in a plate with masala curd and papad.
