Ingredients

  • 450 gmsZorabian Breast Boneless Chicken
  • 1 tbspGinger Paste
  • 1 tbspGarlic Paste
  • 1 tbspGreen Chilli Paste
  • 2 tbspCoriander Paste
  • 2 tbspLemon Juice
  • 1 tbspMustard Oil
  • 1 tspPepper Powder
  • 1 tspCumin Powder
  • 1/2 tspChaat Masala
  • 1/2 tspMango Powder
  • 1/2 tspFenugreek Leaves Powder
  • 1 tbspHung Curd
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspButter (For Frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken pieces well and drain out the water completely.

  2. 2

    To it, add all the above mentioned ingredients except butter. Mix well and marinate for few hours or overnight. If the chicken is marinated overnight, it cooks faster and is tastier because the chicken absorbs all the flavours.

  3. 3

    In a grill pan, heat butter and fry the chicken till it is cooked. Serve warm.

  4. 4

    You can add to it, 1 tbsp mint paste and 1 tbsp spinach paste.
