  1. 2kilo of meat
  2. Grated onions, red bonnet pepper and tattashe
  3. Maggi
  4. Oil
  5. Garlic &ginger paste
  6. Curry
  7. Onions
  8. Skewer

    Wash the meat, add some onions, garlic and ginger paste maggi, salt, curry and allow it to boil until soft

  2. 2

    When the meat is done fry in hot oil until golden brown keep it aside

  3. 3

    In another pot pour some oil and the grated scotch bonnet pepper, onion etc add some Maggi, curry and spices of choice fry it for about 15 min then add the meat and continue to fry on low heat for at least 10 min

  4. 4

    Keep it aside for some minutes and begin to arrange on a skewer, serve and enjoy
