Steps

Firstly wash the brinjal and make a cut between but don't separate them. roast it on high flame.

Then peel off the brinjal and mash it.

Cut onions & tomatoes finally.

Take a wok add oil heat it add green chilli.

Add onions,tomatoes and saute for 2-3 min.

Add all spices in it and saute for 4-5 min.

Add roasted brinjal in it and mix well.

Now cook for 4 min.

Serve it hot.
