Make the syrup of sugar and water

Add cardomom powder in it

Soak moong dal for 2 hrs strain it and grind it to a smooth paste

Heat ghee in a non stick pan

Add moong paste and roast on medium flame

Add besan and roast with the dal

When aroma comes and sugar syrup and stir it well

When thickens add mawa and dry fruits
- 9
Serve hot
