Fruits custard

Boil 1/2 litre milk.

Take 3 tablespoon custard powder in a small bowl and add little warm milk about 3 to 4 tablespoons and mix it well.So that no lumps are formed.

After milk boils make the flame low and add sugar.Stir well.

Now slowly add little by little custard mix to the milk and keep stirring continuously.No lumps should be formed.Cook it on very low flame by stirring it till it gets thickened.

The custard should become thick but should be of pouring consistency.Remove it from stove and allow it to become warm.In the pic I have shown the consistency.

Cut the fruits apple,banana.You can add Chikku,mango also.Avoid citrus fruits.Even I never add grapes.I had apple,banana and pomogranate.Add these fruits to warm prepared custard.

Now transfer it to refrigerator.Allow it to refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

Usually custard is kept to refrigerate and while serving fruits are added.But I add fruits while custard is warm and then refrigerate.By doing this all friuts get soaked in custard very well.This enhances the taste.

Serve chilled delicious healthy Fruit custard.
