Steps

Soak rice in water for 1 -2 hours.

Blend it in a blender. The paste should not be thick add 1/2 cup of water and mix it well.

Add salt as per taste in the rice.

Heat 1 glass of water in deep vessel add sugar and jaggery simmer it for around 30 min or until it become syrupty consistency.add gratted coconut and mix it well. Under it become brown in colour..then switch of the flame and let it cool.

Heat 1 tsp of oil in a tawa and spread it well. Take 1 big spoon of rice mixture we have prepared it earlier and spread it evenlly. After 1 min take 2tsp jaggery and coconut mixtureand put it on the middle of rice dosa.cook it for 1-2 min and fold it. And it's ready to eat.
