Ingredients

  • 1 bowlGram flour (besan)
  • 1/4ajwain
  • 1/4 tbspBlack pepper powder
  • 1/4 tbspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 2 tbspoil
  • As neededwater
  • For tadka
  • 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tbspdegi mirch
  • to tasteSalt
  • For onion and tomato paste
  • 2onion
  • 2Tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a dough of all ingredients and roll them as shown in picture

    Boil water in a kettle and then add rolls in it cook it for 15-20 min at low flame

    Take out rolls and cut them in small pieces

    Take a Kadai and add 2 tbsp oil and add jeera and paste and fry it till ghee comes out

    Then add all spices and mix well and then add gatte

    Mix well and serve with chappati
