Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1x Nile Perch
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • 1x clove of garlic
  • Salt + pepper
  • Lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a flat frying pan and lightly fry up some crushed garlic

    Light dusting of salt and (coarse) pepper on each side and squeeze on some lemon

    Fry up... 8 mins each side on a medium heat... turn up a little if you like it a little crisp.

    Serve up with some rice...
