Wash sama rice & sabudana.

Add milk in a vessel. Bring half boil. Add sama rice and sabudana in milk. Stir continuously on slow flame. Cook until sama & sabudana cooked and milk reduced to 1/2.

Add sugar, cardamom, dry fruits and nutmeg powder in kheer. Cook on slow flame. Stir continuously. Once kheer becomes thick or desired consistency. Switch of gas.

Serve hot or chilled as u wish. Enjoy endlessly.
