Steps

Soak Tamarind and take the juice.

Make a paste with coconut, coriander seeds and dry red chilli

Crush peeled onions and cumin seeds.

In a pan add tamarind juice, red chilli paste, crushed onions, green chilli and water. Let it boil for 10 mins. Then bring it to SIM and leave it for 15 mins. Then add fish pieces. Let it be in SIM for 5 more mins.

Take a pan, add gingely oil 3tsp....add mustard seeds, urad Dal and fenugreek. When it pops out, add chopped onions and Curry leaves.... saute. Then add it to the curry... leave it for 5 more mins... and Switch off the stove. Fish curry is ready.
