Ingredients

  • 1 cupCowpea (lobia)
  • 2 spoonJeera / cumin
  • pieceSmall ginger
  • 4Green chillies
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak cowpea for four hours, grind all the ingredients to a fine paste

    Pour the batter on hot tawa and bake on both sides applying oil

    Serve hot with ghee and chutney
