Mix sooji and grated coconut and keep aside for half an hour

Heat quarter cup of water, dissolve the jaggery. When it starts boiling add coconut mixture and stir till halva consistancy is got

Add cardamom powder two spoon ghee and allow it to cool

Mix maida salt, turmeric two spoon ghee and make soft dough using sufficient water

Roll into discs, stuff with coconut mixture and roll out just as puran poli
- 6
Bake on hot tawa applying ghee on both sides. Can be stored in airtight container for one week
