1st wash and soak 1cup mung daal for 2 hours. Then grind it.Heat a pan and pour the mung paste with half glass of water.Mix properly.Grind the half coconut and mix 1spoon sugar for feeling.

Add half cup of sugar, a pinch of salt and cardamom seeds.mix it.After while it's looks smoother then off the gas.leave for cool.Heat a pan add oil for frying Manda. Take some oil in a palm take some mung make a round ball...make a whole put the coconut feeling and close it.fry all the manda in the pan in medium flame.when it is golden brown. Take them...Mooga manda is ready...
