Wash moong dal till it's water becomes transparent

Spread it on the sieve or cloth so that if any water is left it's drained

Take kadai and put dal in it and dry water from it

Grind coarsely in mixer

Add malai and start roasting, as it starts changing colour add milk and chopped dryfryuits
- 6
Roast it till ghee starts separating moong dal halwa ready to gorge
