Tres Leches Cake
This is super easy and turns out deliciously moist.
Steps

Weigh and sift all the ingredients. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Sift the flour and sugar.

In a bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy. Gradually add half of the sugar while beating, a little at a time. Beat for 7 minutes. Once stiff peaks form, add the yolks one at a time, then add the remaining sugar. Gently fold in the flour by hand, a little at a time, then add the vanilla.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes. Let cool.

In a blender, combine the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and table cream (or heavy cream). Blend until smooth. Poke holes all over the cake with a fork, then slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake. Spread pastry cream on top and decorate with your favorite fruit. Enjoy!
