Pad thai stir fry sauce;
Lemon grass x1
clovesGarlic x1
Soy sauce (5 table spoons)
Ginger 1/2 root
1 table spoonFish sauce
Salt & Pepper
Tomato paste/puree (1 tube)
Soya bean oil (5 table spoons)
Distilled vinegar (2 table spoons)
Spring onions x5
Noodles
Baby corn
Chicken

Steps

Cook chicken, spring onions and baby corn in oil until cooked.

Then add all the above ingredients, stir well and leave to cook.

Cook your noodles in boiling water.
