Muga chakuli pitha(moong ka chhila)

Soak moong dal for 3 to 4 hour,,,then grind it & make a batter,,then add(finely chopped onion+crushed ginger 1tsp+chopped green chilli+chopped coriander leaf+haldi powder 1/2tsp+salt to taste)into it,,add water & make a thin consistency of batter👇

Secondly switch on the gas, heat the tawa and pour the batter into it & little bit of oil sprinkle around the pitha & cook both sides of pitha,,after a minute take it out of a serving plate & serve with tomato chutney

For tomato chutney,,we need 3 medium size of tomato,3 to 4 garlic cloves,2 green chilli,coriander leaf & a little ginger,,put them in a mixer & grind,,,
