Sieve the flour in a bowl, then add all d ingredients

Add water and mix well to form a batter

Use non stick pan with brush to spread the batter and allow it for few minute to cook

Set a side under wet clean towel so that let it not dry before used.

For the filling

Put pan on the fire add veg oil and blench it

Add onions and spices to cook for 2mins

Add the minced meat and cook until dry

Add sweet pepper for few minute and remove.

Spread the filling on the samosa sheet which is cut into rectangular shape

Wet the edges and roll into triangular casing

Deep fry in a hot oil
