Ingredients

200 gmcurd
100 ml.Milk
1 tbsp.Cream(malai)
1 tbsp.chia seeds
1tbsp.sugar
1 tbsp.Rose syrup
1 tsp.Khus syrup
1tsp.fennel seeds syrup

Steps

Soak chiaseeds in water for 1/2hr.

Churn milk cream and curd with sugar. Add rose syrup fennel seeds syrup and khus syrup with ice cubes churn again.

Take a serving glass add chiaseeds and pour lassi. Delicious lassi is ready to serve. Garnish with rose petals and syrup.
