Yam With Egg Sauce
When you need something light for dinner

Peel the yam and cut into desired shapes.

Wash and put it in a pot ready to cook.

Set it on the cooker and add some salt.

Allow it to cook for ten minutes and drain the water.

For the sauce, wash and cut the vegetables into chunks.

Set a dry pan on the cooker

Add vegetable oil, allow to heat up and throw in your chopped veggies.

Allow to dry up a little but not too dried.

Add your seasoning cubes and some salt.

Break and beat the eggs in another plate

Pour the egg in the pan, reduce the heat to avoid burning.

Allow to cook for 1 minute.

Stir gently and your sauce is ready.

Serve with the white yam
