Ingredients

4 cupswatermelon deseeded and pureed
1 pinchblack salt
1/2 tspcrushed pepper
1/4 cuplemon juice
1/3 cupcondensed milk

Steps

Mix all the ingredients and put in a tray.

Place in the freezer. After every hour scrape it with a fork to get a flaky texture.

Once it's completely ready store it in an airtight container in the freezer. Serve individually garnished with mint leaves and a sprinkle of pepper.
