Cooking Instructions

First of all rise is soaked into water upto one hour.

Then put pan on the gas stove, add creamy milk heat them.

After than put soaked basmati rice into creamy milk, at low medium flame cook it.

After than ten to fifteen minutes of cooking, we find that kheer become ready, then add Elachi powder and sugar powder mix well.

Then switch off the gas flame, add Ruafza and rose water here, mix well then garnish with pista and kismis and serve with beautiful rose and grapes.
