Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfresh basmati rice
  2. 3 cupcreamy milk
  3. 2 tablespoons Rooh Afza
  4. 1 tablespoonElachi powder
  5. 3/4 cupsugar
  6. 1 tablespoondry fruits (pista and kismis)
  7. 1/2 tablespoon rose water

Cooking Instructions

    First of all rise is soaked into water upto one hour.

    Then put pan on the gas stove, add creamy milk heat them.

  3. 3

    After than put soaked basmati rice into creamy milk, at low medium flame cook it.

  4. 4

    After than ten to fifteen minutes of cooking, we find that kheer become ready, then add Elachi powder and sugar powder mix well.

  5. 5

    Then switch off the gas flame, add Ruafza and rose water here, mix well then garnish with pista and kismis and serve with beautiful rose and grapes.
