Before starting freeze the condensed milk a day before making the souffle. Keep everything ready for preparation to avoid time wasting.

Squeeze fresh juice from either 2 to 3 oranges to get 200ml juice. Add the juice in a small pan and pour the packet of jelly and warm till the sugar is dissolved.(don't over cook). Remove from heat and let it stay to cool completely.

Start preparing the souffle by pouring the frozen condensed milk in the blender. Start blending on high speed. While doing that be adding the orange juice mix potion by potion don't put at once and let the blender be on. Blend until it's fluffy and thick. (note if you need to add essence you can add a few drops)

Pour into 6 potions and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove and decorate with orange chunks and chocolate syrup and enjoy your dessert.
