Besan barfi
Steps

Take besan.Dry roast.
When colour changes to golden and there will be good aroma of besan add mawa coconut powder. - 2
And mix and roast.
If needed, you can add ghee 2-3 tsp. Turn off the gas - 3
Add this to roasted besan and mix with sugar and water. cook till it leaves the side of wok.

Transfer it to greased plate. Cool and cut into desired shape.

Garnish with dry fruits and serve.Enjoy yummy taste of burfi.
