Take a pan put oil and add all the veggies and cook untill it became soft add grated panner and mix well then add salt, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and switch off the flame.

For crepe mix all the ingredients.

Take a non stick pan spread the crepe mixture and put oil as required in the sides of crepe, cook from both side untill golden brown in colour in slow flame then add filling in the middle and fold from both the side.
