Soak rice for 20minutes then rinse it with water,add little milk and grind it coarsely keep aside.

Boil milk add grinded rice stir continuously so that it don't get stick down.Cook till it's thick.Soak keasr strings in milk.Add these to the boiling milk.

When the consistency is thick add all ingredients and off the flame.keep little dryfruits aside for serving.

Take two matkas,after phirni comes to room temperature pour the mathkas and keep in freeze for 3-4hours covering with foilpaper.

Take out from freeze open foil wrapped serve with dry fruits and enjoy.
