Steps

Mix the flour with milk flavour, salt, 1tbl spoon oil and water to make a dough

Knead the dough very well and make it into small balls and roll it into small circles

Apply oil on the circle dough and sprinkle flour, Place another circle until you finish

Roll them to make sure they are uniform

Place them on a hot pan for 2 minutes each side.

Peel the top one until they are separated

Cut it into 1/4. Take the top one and fold it into two halves, use it to cut to make triangles

Make a paste in a small bowl with water and flour

Place one triangle apply the paste on the top right side of it, fold the left side towards the paste then the right side Place it on the folded part to make a bag. Repeat the process until you make the bags you need.

Cut the chicken into tiny pieces, add in a pan to cook, add salt and seasoning, cook it until no more juices are coming out add onions,scotch bonnet, curry, little oil and stir fry

Now stuff your bags with the chicken, tuck in to close the bag, apply your paste on the part left and fold it to close the bag. Repeat the process until you have finished the bags

Heat some oil in a pan and add the samosas and fry till brown
