Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 poundroast beef
  • 1 packagebrown gravy mix
  • 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cupcarrots
  • 3baking potatoes
  • 1 canwhole tomatoes
  • 1beef bullion
  • 1onion whole
  • 1 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  • Cook
  • Don’t peel potatoes. Put them in crock pot
  • Add carrots
  • Add onion whole
  • Add meat, gravy mix, tomatoes, bullion, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic
  • Add cream of mushroom soup
  • Stir everything up mixing gravy mix and soup
  • Low crock pot overnight, or all day
  • When done meat is tender!
  • Cut up onion and put in with the extra gravy!
  • Notes of sweetness!
  • Put gravy over rice!

I had home made macaroni and cheese frozen and added it To my meal. The little containers are nice for a side to throw in your lunch box with the roast beef. Single servings of vegetables come in 4 packs from the grocery store. All neat ideas for my long days at work.
