Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2-2 poundroast beef
  2. 1 packagebrown gravy mix
  3. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  4. 1 cupcarrots
  5. 3baking potatoes
  6. 1 canwhole tomatoes
  7. 1beef bullion
  8. 1onion whole
  9. 1 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
  10. 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  11. Cook
  12. Don’t peel potatoes. Put them in crock pot
  13. Add carrots
  14. Add onion whole
  15. Add meat, gravy mix, tomatoes, bullion, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic
  16. Add cream of mushroom soup
  17. Stir everything up mixing gravy mix and soup
  18. Low crock pot overnight, or all day
  19. When done meat is tender!
  20. Cut up onion and put in with the extra gravy!
  21. Notes of sweetness!
  22. Put gravy over rice!

I had home made macaroni and cheese frozen and added it To my meal. The little containers are nice for a side to throw in your lunch box with the roast beef. Single servings of vegetables come in 4 packs from the grocery store. All neat ideas for my long days at work.
