  • Palm oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil the beans like rice and wash to remove the chemical they use in preserving it. Pour it back to the pot and cut onion and cube into the beans cover it then allow it to cook till it so soft. The reason for adding onions and knorr cubes to the pot as it's boiling it gives the beans a different taste.

  2. 2

    Once is soft you add palm oil and every other things to the pot and mix all together
