  • 2Medium-sized Potatoes
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the potatoes first, remove them when they are golden and not too soft.

  2. 2

    Beat the eggs, then add the fried potatoes to the eggs, and finally pour everything into the pan.

    When the edges are set, flip the omelette depending on whether you want it slightly undercooked or fully cooked.
