Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsolive oil
  2. 1 headgarlic
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 teaspooncrushed red pepper

  1. 1

    In a saucepan add all ingredients and simmer on a very low temperature until garlic turns a little golden color, serve over pasta, vegetables or roasted potatoes.
