Ingredients

  • 2 cupsolive oil
  • 1 headgarlic
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspooncrushed red pepper

  1. 1

    In a saucepan add all ingredients and simmer on a very low temperature until garlic turns a little golden color, serve over pasta, vegetables or roasted potatoes.
