Ingredients

  • 1 litrecow"s milk (or 1 litre full cream buffalo milk)
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 cup / 250 g sugar
  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • 4 cup / 1 litre water
  • 1 tbspkewra water

Steps

  1. 1

    Give it a milk on boil high flame.

  2. 2

    After few minutes let it cool down for a minutes

  3. 3

    Add 2 tbsp lemon juice

  4. 4

    Stir it once as shown the pictures milk is

    Wait unit it curdes strain it

    Hang it in a cool, dry place for 30 minutes, squeeze out the water 2-3 time when it is hanged

    Boil it..

    Take a pan add 1 cup sugar and add water boil it.

  9. 9

    Don't make a chashani..

  10. 10

    Take out and make is smooth as

    Do punch the shenaa 5-6 minutes.

  12. 12

    Later add 1 tbsp corn flour.

  13. 13

    Knead for 2 minutes.

    Make a dough.

    Make a small balls.

    There should be no cracks.

    Add the balls in boiling water for 15-20 minutes on high flame.

    Add 1 tbsp keora water (for fragrance)

    And it done !!

    And rest it cool but before it cool the rasgullas and serve the plate. And enjoy it.........
