Ingredients

  • 1 bowlSoya bean granules
  • 1 1/2 cupChickpeas
  • 2 tablespoonsCornflour or Gram flour (besan)
  • 4 clovesFinely chopped garlic
  • 2Finely chopped green chillies
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak soybean and chickpea in water

    Then wash it nicely and transfer it to a pressure cooker, add little water and give it a whistle.

    Check if it's properly cooked, if properly cooked then remove it from the stove and mash it with help of masser

    Mash it properly with the help of hands, and then add other ingredients and mix it all well.

    Now give it any desired shape and deep fry.

    Serve it with your favorite chutney or sauce. Enjoy
