1small cucumber, chopped, 1cup mayonnaise, 3 tbsp salad cream,
3boiled eggs, 1 tablespoon sugar, pinch of salt

In a large bowl add the sliced cabbages, in another bowl add the mayonnaise, salad cream, salt and sugar and mix well to combine.add the diced boiled eggs and mix. Pour the mayo mixture on the sliced cabbage and stir well till the mayo is fully incorporated in the cabbage. Enjoy with your fried rice.
