Wash and drain liver

In a pot, add the liver and put some water with chopped onions, seasoning, garlic, ginger,oregano, salt and allow to cook for 10mnts

In a pan, add oil, grinded scotch bonnet, curry and fry for a few minutes then add the boiled liver and water, allow to cook for 10mnts

Add onions green pepper, carrots and allow to simmer for 3mnts
- 5
Served with boiled spaghetti, sliced cucumber, tomatoes, boiled egg and fried plantain
