Soak both daal for 1/2 hour and ready smooth paste in mixer

Now pour the paste in bowl and add turmric powder, sugar,salt and lemon juice,whisk in one direction.rest in 20 minutes then add eno and ready smooth consistency paste

Transfer paste in a grease plate.steam 20 minutes on medium flame

Now take a pot add one glass water for boiling

Now cool this and cut the dhokla shape

For Tadka:Take a pan add oil and heat now add mustard seed then chilli,curry leaves till crackle then add water sugar, lemon juice.this Tadka pour on dhokla
