Ingredients

20 minutes
2 people
  • 1 1/2 cup pomegranate seed
  • 1 cupfresh cream
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupmava
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Pinchred colour
  • 1 tablespoondry fruits (kaju and badam)
  • 50 gmpaneer
  • 1 tablespoonElachi powder
  • 1/2 cupdessicated coconut
  • 1/2 cuprose petal (for garnishing)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all pomegranate is washed, cut and keep out all seeds then make juice from it in the grinder.

  2. 2

    Then take a pan put on the gas flame, at medium flame add ghee, then put pomegranate juice, mix well then add mava and fresh cream, and then add dessicated coconut.

  3. 3

    After mixing all these ingredients add Elachi powder and sugar, then pinch of red colour, mix well.

  4. 4

    Finally add grated paneer and chopped dry fruits. Then cook well, untill thick lumps are not made.

  5. 5

    Then keep out from the pan garnish with grated dry fruits, paneer and rose petal and serve it.
