Maithi chanadaal pakodas : Take one cup chana daal soaked into water for four hours.

Then sieve it, now take a mixture grinder put garlic cloves, soaked chana daal, chopped green chilli and methi, grind it carefully. Then keep out into another bowl.

Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.

Now take a pan put on the gas flame, heat them at medium than fry this pakodas into small ball shaped. Keep out and serve with coriander chutney and tomato sauce.

Coriander chutney : Take coriander leaves washed them carefully and chopped, take a mixture jar insert coriander leaves, green chillies, chopped tomatoes and garlic grind it carefully then finally add salt and serve it.
