1 teaspoonCardamom powder

Heat ghee and add cardamom powder then add gajar and cook till water dries.

Now add milk and cook till milk dries.

Now add sugar,dry fruits and white til now cook until the halwa absorbs ghee.

Now add mava and cook some time thenswitch off flame. Now ready to eat Gajar halwa
