Steps

Take a pan heat oil and put the peanuts in it

Fry them till they turn reddish and take it out and put it in a bowl

Now in the heated oil put mustard seeds and allow them to crackle.

Now add green chilli and onion fry for 30 seconds
- 5
Now add potato and 1/2 teaspoon salt mix well cover with lid and allow them to cook well

Open the lid and add tomato

Add turmeric, salt and sugar in it and mix well

Add Poha and sprinkle 1 teaspoon water mix properly
- 9
Cook it in low flame for 2 minute and your Poha will ready.

Serve it hot with fried peanuts and coriander.
