Soak rice for half an hour.
Boil water in big pot. - 2
Put rice lemon juice salt in that.

Cook till 3/4 done.drain water, keep rice aside

Peel boiled eggs. Prick eggs with toothpick.in pan put oil & fry eggs till all over light brown in colour

In other pan put oil.

Now put chopped onion cook,put ginger garlic paste. Cook for one minute.

Put tomato,dhania powder,haldi powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder,mix.

Now add curd,salt mix cook till oil comes out

Now put eggs in the masala.mix, masala should not be dry.

Now layer rice on top of the masala.

Spread evenly.now put saffron soaked in milk.

Cover cook for about 10 minutes on very slow heat.

Garnish with coriander leaves,mint leaves serve with raita
