Ingredients

35 minutes

4 to 6 servings

350 gmssausage meat
1 cupbreadcrumbs
2 tspchopped herbs (sage or rosemary or both)
1 cupdried apricots chopped
2 tbsolive oil
to tastesalt and pepper

Mix all the ingredients together.

Use your hands to shape the stuffing mixture into small (golf ball sized) balls. Should make about 10.

Place balls on a baking tray and cook for 35 minutes.
